Freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Drink 4 to 6 cups daily. Don't drink it too hot and if you are gigging, be sure to drink it far enough in advance that the warm liquid does not "over-relax" your membranes. Drink it 45 minutes before and then switch to room temperature water.
